Call for nominations in the Alcoa Peel Volunteer of the Year Awards

HAVE you got a special volunteer or know one that needs to be acknowledged?

The Alcoa Peel Volunteer of the Year awards are now open, recognising volunteers, promoting volunteering and showcasing volunteer-based organisations.

Volunteers are often a very humble group but recognition is an important part of the crucial part they play in the community.

The award categories are Peel Volunteer of the Year, Community Group of the Year and Youth Volunteer of the Year.

All applications can be submitted to Vicki Pollard at manager@peelvolunteer.org.au and close at 4pm on October 31.
