‘They said they wouldn’t make enough money.’

Luckily, Meadow Springs Rugby Club came through and offered their venue.

Despite the drama, Ms Smith said the fundraiser was worth the effort and that she would definitely consider doing it again.

‘I rang a few businesses to see if they could donate anything at all and they might as well have hung the phone up on me,’ she said.

Other business owners will donate cupcakes, raffle prizes and proceeds from Mrs Smith’s adult shop business will go to the Breast Cancer Network Australia.

‘A lot of people know about breast cancer and it hits really close to home,’ she said.

‘It’s not just women who are affected by breast cancer, men can be affected as well.

Mrs Smith will host a Horny Little Devils adult shop demonstration.

There will be games, door prizes, raffles and a DJ.
