NEO Tandy is the City of Mandurah’s first Blow Zero Hero winner.

Ms Tandy was recognised in a new campaign to reward drivers who don’t drink and drive.

She was driving home after a family dinner and did not record a blood alcohol content during a random breath test (RBT).

The Blow Zero Hero campaign is an initiative by the City of Mandurah, Mandurah Roadwise and Mandurah Police to help keep our roads and community safe.

Each month, while conducting RBTs, local Police will hand out entry forms to drivers who blow zero.

Motorists are then invited to lodge their entries with the City of Mandurah to be in the running to win a $100 gift card.

City of Mandurah Mayor Rhys Williams said it was a great community safety initiative to remind residents not to drink and drive.
