Vanessa SchmittMandurah Coastal Times

COOPER Street is in lockdown and residents are not allowed back in their homes.

Police and emergency services were called to a house at 10.40am this morning, but a Police Media spokeswoman said there was no threat to the public.

A Disability Services Commission home is next door to the scene and people with disabilities are locked in their homes; their carers are not allowed back down the street.
