RESIDENTS have complained about a street psychic in a turban wandering Mandurah Foreshore.

The man, reads palms, predicts the person future and asks for money following the reading.

He was active at Mandurah Foreshore less than a fortnight ago.

A Consumer Protection spokesman said complaints about the man should be directed to the City of Mandurah.

However, a City of Mandurah spokeswoman said they are not aware of the man.

They encouraged people to contact rangers with his whereabouts.

The Consumer Protection spokesman said people are not obligated to pay the man, as there was no contract negotiated beforehand.
