DAWESVILLE couple Bert and Lorraine de Lacy celebrated the 25th anniversary of Mosaic Community Care Inc recently.
The couple are now life members of the service provider, which helps people with an intellectual and/or physical disability.
The 25th anniversary was marked by a reception at Government House.
