A DAWESVILLE man caught on camera during a road rage incident in January this year changed his plea to guilty in Mandurah Magistrates Court today.

Patryk Kamal Singh pleaded guilty to careless driving and criminal damage.

Charges of driving without a licence were dropped by the prosecution.

The police prosecutor told the court that Singh was driving on Old Coast Road at 12.40pm on January 12 in a Suzuki Swift.

He followed a Toyota Landruiser to Leslie Street and when it parked Singh kicked the driver’s side door causing $1740 in damage.

When the victim left the scene Singh made gestures toward the Landcruiser, which was behind him and swung his car across the road.

Counsel for the accused said Singh accepted the facts.

He asked for sentencing to be adjourned until July 1, so Singh could pay $1740 to the victim.

Singh would also like to apologise to the victim.

Singh originally pleaded not guilty to the charges.
