Degioannis pleads not guilty

DAMIAN Degioannis pleaded not guilty to the murder of 42-year-old Adam Hall.

Mr Hall's body was found shot on the lawn of his Day Road home in Mandurah, last November.

Mr Degioannis made his plea via video link at Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court today.

The case will go to trial in the Supreme Court.

Mr Degioannis remains in custody until he is due to appear again in July.

He was arrested on November 17 last year.
