The proposed development features a supermarket, a cafe/restaurant, seven shops, two offices and 78 car bays.

The subject site is bound by Bellerive Pass and Mandjoogoordap Drive.

A report from the sustainable development director recommends council grant planning approval for the centre, subject to conditions.

A report by the sustainable development director said the ODP covers Lot 101 Mandurah Road. The ODP will provide the statutory framework under which the future subdivision and development of the site will occur.

The site is bound by Pinjarra Road and Wanjeep Street.

The ODP proposes to create about 125 dwellings, a local centre for retail needs, commercial floorspace and 1.06ha of public open space.

Barragup House is on the site and is listed in the City of Mandurah Municipal Heritage Inventory. It was one of the original homesteads in Mandurah (circa 1880).
