FIRE has caused more than $200,000 damage to a house near Mandurah after a blaze broke out early this morning.
Crews fought the fire which started at around 5.30am at the house on Loretta Parkway and Ada Lane in Lakelands.
The cause of the fire is unknown and investigations are underway.
