FOUNDATION Christian College Primary school students received four boxes of prizes as part of the Woolworths’ “Earn and Learn Program” at an assembly this month.

The school welcomed Woolworths Miami Plaza employee Lyn Taylor, who presented students with prizes due to a large number of tokens collected during Woolworths’ “Earn and Learn Program”.

Giant bug viewers, ‘Polydrons’ and ‘Bugnoculars’ were among the gifts received by students.

Principal Andrew Newhouse said he was grateful for the prizes and said they will be well-utilised by the students and teachers during their science lessons.

“Science equipment is particularly expensive and these items will be a wonderful addition to future science lessons,” Mr Newhouse said.

“We are grateful to the families of the College and also those from the wider community who took the time to place their tokens at the various collection points.”
