Fourth man charged over Mandurah brick assault

POLICE have charged a fourth man with the alleged assault of a man and a woman in Mandurah last week.

It is alleged the man was with three other people when he threw bricks at a 27-year-old man at around 1.30am on Wednesday April 25.

The 19-year-old from Beaconsfield has been charged with one count of intent to cause grievous bodily hard, does grievous bodily harm and one count of intent to cause grievous bodily harm, unlawfully wounds.

He will appear in Perth Magistrates Court today.

A Falcon man (21) and a Kelmscott man (20) have also been charged with common assault. Both are due to appear in Mandurah Magistrate’s Court  on Tuesday, May 15.

A 23-year old Dudley park man was charged with unlawful act with intent to harm on Thursday. He was refused bail and was due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on Friday.
