THE eastern foreshore will be a hive of activity next Wednesday with the free Peel Wellness Day.
Peel Wellness Day has been running for some years but gets bigger and bigger each year.
As well as loads of information and resources from community organisations, there will be market stalls, live music, entertainment and a petting zoo.

“It can be hard trying to start a conversation about mental health, which is a massive issue,’’ she said.
“Anyone who doesn’t want to discuss mental health formally can visit Peel Wellness Day and check out the information.
“Its all about being mentally well and belonging to the community.
“We all know someone with mental health problems.
“So many people isolate themselves from the community and are prone to dying earlier and having more chronic health issues.”
Peel Wellness Day runs from 10am to 2pm.
