FOUNDATION Christian College is among four WA schools awarded additional funding through the Australian Government’s Capital Grants Program.
The college will share in more than $2 million of funding, with the money being spent on the construction of a performing arts centre, which includes music tuition rooms, a visual art learning area as well as staff and student amenities.
Senator Michaelia Cash said the funding would help students reach their potential.
“These funds will ensure students at these schools have the infrastructure necessary to help them gain the most out of their time at school,” she said.
Other schools to receive funds as part of the Capital Grants Program include Rockingham Montessori School, The King’s College in Wellard and Rockingham’s SMYL Community College.
