Greenfields PS student gets award from police for role in rescuing small child

GREENFIELDS Primary School student Taj Agnew (7) was honoured at school today.

Mandurah Police officers Senior Constable Russell Lindquist and Sergeant Jamie Raper attended the school to present Taj with a Certificate of Appreciation for assisting police.

Taj helped rescue a three-year-old child that was accidentally locked in a car.

A police officer helped Taj through a gap in the car window. Taj went to the front seat and unlocked the front driver’s door to let police in.
