Greenfields resident recognised for 56 years service as JP

GREENFIELDS resident Ronald Bennett has served the Royal Association of Justices WA and the community of WA for 56 years as a sitting Justice of the Peace.

Mr Bennett was among a group of volunteers recognised with a WA Volunteer Service Award badge for more than 50 years service with the same organisation at a recent ceremony at Government House on International Volunteer Day.

Seniors Minister Paul Miles said the 10 badge recipients had volunteered more than 500 years service.
