Since 2002, the branch has returned more than $1.3 million to local communities through funding.
Chairman Noel Herbert said the six members of the board who ran the company intended to increase that figure.
�Projects may be large or small and carried out in collaboration with other groups or organisations at any level,� he said.
Marketing co-ordinator Sharon Hooper said staff thought about what they could do beyond banking to help customers and strengthen the community.
