Rachel FennerMandurah Coastal Times

DRUGS, guns, explosives, jewellery and a coffee machine were among the items seized during a search warrant executed at a North Dandalup property today.

Among the guns were a Chinese brand AK47, shotguns and a small handgun.

They found a silver bar worth $2600 and the jewellery is estimated to be worth more than $10,000, at a conservative guess.

Mandurah detectives have charged a 26-year-old woman with more than 20 offences - including steal a motor vehicle and possessing firearms.

Some of the property seized was found in the house, some in a storage facility.

Detective senior sergeant Dave Hackett said they are still looking for a 28-year-old man in relation to the haul.

He said they found some cannabis at the property and a number of indicators of methamphetamine.

Sgt Hackett believes people may have been exchanging stolen property for drugs.

The woman may face more charges and will appear in court later this month.
