Halls Head: party gatecrashers leave teenager wounded

A CONFRONTATION with gatecrashers at the weekend left a Halls Head man with a large gash on his face and a stab wound.

Mandurah Detectives would like witnesses to the incident in Halls Head to come forward.

In the early hours of Sunday morning (July 24) a group of people, who had shown up to the wrong party, were throwing bricks and causing damage to cars in Daydream Place.

The 19-year-old victim walked out of his house where he was confronted by the group and assaulted.

The group left the scene when other people came out of the house to assist the victim.

He was taken to Peel Health Campus with a large cut to the left side of his face and a stab wound to his abdomen.

The victim is currently in a stable condition in hospital.
