HALLS Head Primary School has placed two cystic fibrosis donation bins in the school grounds for community members to give away unwanted clothing and shoes.

Cystic Fibrosis Association business manager Karen De Lore spoke to students at a school assembly about the community service program.

Ms De Lore told students where the collection points of donated items were located and how donations would help those with the disorder.

A group of Year 4 students will also promote the cause on Friday and ask students, staff and parents to bring in donations.
