Halls Head Primary School students celebrate Indigenous culture

HALLS Head Primary School pre-primary and Year One students spent an afternoon celebrating Indigenous culture with their families as part of a Humanities and Social Sciences program.

Students and families participated in a variety of activities based on Dreamtime stories.

Students had the opportunity to rotate through classrooms where they could complete a range of art and hands-on tasks.

Activities included dot and hand painting, tapping sticks, making symbols in the sand and listening to stories.
