THE courtyard at Halls Head Primary School was alive with colour today as students paraded a range of imaginative costumes at the start of Literacy Week. This afternoon there was campfire reading when groups moved through the stations and teachers and education assistants read a story before moving onto the next station.
The rest of the week includes a writing prompt, a spellathon, making a treasure chest, a book hunt and mapping and writing activities.
