Halls Head PS students get lesson in Indigenous culture from Moogera

HALLS Head Primary School students learnt about Aboriginal culture when Indigenous performing artist Moogera visited.

Moorgera spoke about the Aboriginal flag, Aboriginal clothes, boomerangs and weapons.

He showed students how to use thunder sticks and called students up to do traditional dances.

Even the teachers took part, doing the Funky Chicken dance.
