Hillman man charged following fatal Mandurah crash

A 37-year-old man from Hillman has been charged following a crash on September 17 that killed an 18-year-old man.

He was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, two counts of dangerous driving occasioning bodily harm, a driver failing to report an incident occasioning death, a driver failing to ensure assistance after a traffic incident, having no authority to drive – court suspended.

He was also charged with a breaching a violence restraining order not related to the crash.

The man appeared in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on September 30, 2015.

Major Crash investigators are still seeking witnesses to the crash.
