THE Water Corporation has closed nine dams due to hot weather predicted this long weekend.
There is a fear that the movement of vehicles and use of barbeques could be a fire risk in National Park areas.
The dams will be closed from Saturday, March 4 and will reopen Tuesday, March 7.
