Investigators to determine cause of Dawesville house fire

A FIRE caused $500,000 to a Dawesville home last night.

Department of Fire and Emergency Services crews were called to the house fire on Estuary Road at 10.13pm.

There were concerns the fire may spread from the two-storey house to neighbouring homes.

Fire crews had the fire under control by 11.10pm and contained by midnight.

A fire investigator is visiting the property today to determine the cause.
