The program is designed to help students develop team work leadership skills and problem solving under pressure.
Participants were provided with experiences which take them outside their comfort zone, while on a five-day camp with the Fremantle Football Club.
All participants were assigned player mentors for the camp. Jayeden was lucky to be paired with Danyle Pearce.
There was an opportunity to ask questions to players about leadership and team work and the pressure of working in the AFL environment.
I really enjoyed the mentoring and experiences that the Fremantle Dockers Football Club provided me and I will endeavour to pass on the knowledge to my fellow peers, Jayeden said.
