Killer clown craze reaches Mandurah, but why are clowns wandering the streets?

WHAT’S up with all the clowns everywhere? Unless you’re still using dial up internet or you’re a performing clown yourself, you have probably seen the clown craze sweeping Australia.

So why are people dressing as clowns?

What is definite is that people are genuinely terrified of clowns.
