A LAKELANDS man is dead and a Falcon man is injured following a crash in Oakford, near Byford in the early hours of this morning.
At 12:30am, a white Holden Commodore Sedan was driving west on Hopkinson Road, toward the intersection of Abernethy Road, when it collided with a white Toyota Landcruiser Station Wagon travelling north on Abernethy Road.
The driver of the Holden Commodore, a 21-year-old Falcon man was seriously injured.

The front passenger, a 20-year-old Lakelands man, suffered serious injuries and died at the scene.
The driver of the white Toyota Landcruiser, a 62-year-old Mundijong man was taken to Armadale Hospital for treatment.
He sustained minor injuries and was released this morning.
