MANDURAH Police have charged a man following the alleged assault of an Uber driver in Lakelands on Sunday, March 18.
Police said the 34-year-old male Uber driver picked up two men and a woman outside a hotel in Mandurah about 1.50am and began driving to an address in Lakelands.
While the vehicle was stopped at the Lakelands Shopping Centre carpark a male passenger allegedly struck the driver to the back of his head.

A 25-year-old man from Lakelands has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm.
He is due to appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on Tuesday, April 17.
