Mandurah Detectives charged the man after the incident in Halls Head on Saturday afternoon.

At 1pm, a man drove his Harley Davidson motorbike into the drive-through area of a bottle shop on Guava Way.

Emergency services were called to the scene and he was taken to Peel Health Campus, before being sent to Fiona Stanley Hospital.

Soon after, detectives arrested the 35-year-old man.
