Man cut with weapon during fight

A MAN was cut by an unknown weapon during an altercation in Mandurah on Monday.

Mandurah Detectives said a man went to a Scott Street address in a blue Toyota Corolla at 9.20pm.

He was driving erratically in the front yard. The vehicle damaged a rear right window with black tape over it.

The occupant of the home, a 46-year-old man, confronted the driver and a verbal altercation occurred. This escalated into a physical altercation and the victim received lacerations caused by an unknown weapon.

The victim’s injuries were not life threatening and he was taken to Peel Health Campus.

Detectives would like to speak with anyone who has information about the incident.
