Man with stab wounds and two injured after Coodanup ‘disturbance’

A 39-year-old Silver Sands man sustained stab wounds to his abdomen this morning.

Police said police responded to reports of a disturbance at a Birchley Road house in Coodanup at 3.45am.

Upon arrival a man was located with stab wounds to his abdomen. St John's Ambulance attended and conveyed the man to Peel Heath Campus.

Further inquiries revealed a 26-year-old man from Dudley Park and a 29-year-old man from Coodanup also had injuries. They were treated at Peel Heath Campus and released with no significant injuries.

Inquiries into the incident are still ongoing and no charges have been laid at this time.
