A COLD front will sweep through Perth and Mandurah this weekend, with the first of the cold weather to hit early tomorrow morning.
Bureau of Meteorology duty forecaster Jun Chen said hail is expected to hit a wide area of the south-west land division.
“We can expect small hailstones mainly on Saturday,” she said.
“There won’t be huge amounts of rain, just strong winds and cold.”
Mandurah residents would be wise to crank up the heaters and pull out the blankets on Saturday.
The temperature is expected to reach a high of 14C.
By Sunday, the weather will be warm in comparison, hitting 17C.
