MANDURAH Artist Emma Blyth has been transforming Mandurah with her bright, colourful murals.

Her work now graces the Coodanup College canteen and she is working on murals at Make Place in Mandurah and Halls Head Central.

The mural was outlined by the local artist last week and six Glencoe Primary School students worked on a section of the mural on Friday.

The coast-inspired mural will fill a blank wall in the alfresco area.

Blyth completed the mural last weekend as shoppers watched.

There will also be a pop-up market and some family fun, including a competition in which customers colour in the exact design that Blyth is creating for a chance to win.
