IN recognition of National Volunteer Week, Peel Volunteer Resource Centre, People Who Care and Mandurah Performing Arts Centre celebrated the generous contribution of volunteers in the community at Mandurah Performing Arts Centre last night.

The event included the launch of the visual display created from volunteer stories Volunteer Stories that Give a Little, Change a Lot.

Volunteers were asked to share why they volunteer, what volunteering means to them and how it benefits the community.

The clip showcased the profound impact of volunteering, not only for the community but also the huge benefits and heart felt emotions the volunteer gains from helping others.
