A MAN who drove without a valid licence and stole fuel to get his sick daughter to hospital narrowly escaped losing his licence when he appeared in Mandurah Magistrates Court on May 14.
Craig Alex Stack pleaded guilty to five counts of stealing and five counts of no authority to drive (fines suspension).
Police prosecutor Tamara Read said Stack drove without a valid licence and stole fuel worth hundreds of dollars from service stations in Halls Head and Silver Sands.
Stack had a record of similar offences.
