About 11.30pm on May 19, police were called to the hotel on Mandurah Terrace following reports of a disturbance involving 10 to 15 people.
Officers from South Metro Response, Kwinana and Pinjarra attended.
While arresting the alleged offenders, three police officers received injuries, which included a laceration to the head and a wrist injury.
An 18-year-old man from Mandurah was charged with disorderly behaviour, assaulting a public officer, obstructing public officers and escaping lawful custody.
