Mandurah Family History Society booming

MANDURAH Family History Society has gained more than 30 new members in the past year.

In her farewell speech at the society’s annual general meeting, outgoing president Barbara Mitting said the society had completed another successful year, including a major upgrade to resources through the installation of a new computer suite.

“Mandurah Family History Society has been part of the community since 1985 and I am proud of our accomplishments in bringing family history to the local people,’’ she said.
