A FALCON man was allegedly caught drink driving with three young children in his car on Preston Beach Road, just after 8.30am on Friday morning.
Waroona Police said the man had crashed his Nissan Patrol into an embankment before it went into a low speed roll.
They claimed he had his three children aged six, seven and nine in the car at the time of the crash.
The man and his children did not need medical assistance.

The 30-year-old man was charged with exceeding 0.08g of alcohol per 100ml of blood.
He has been summonsed to appear in court.
