Mandurah man charged with assault of baby in Narrogin

A MAN from Mandurah has been charged with assaulting a six week old baby in Narrogin.

Police said they charged a 25-year-old man over the assault on a six-week old baby boy.

It will be alleged the child arrived at Narrogin Regional Hospital on October 9, 2017 with injuries he had received.

He was transferred to Princess Margaret Hospital, but has since been released.

The man, who is known to the child, was charged with aggravated grievous bodily harm and will appear before the Narrogin Magistrates Court on March 27, 2018.
