A MAN has been arrested after he allegedly pinned a motorbike rider against a bottle shop wall with his car.
Mandurah Detectives charged the man following the incident in Halls Head yesterday afternoon (February 6).
At 1pm, a man drove his Harley Davidson motorbike into the drive through area of a bottle shop located on Guava Way.
Police allege a 35-year-old man driving a silver Holden Commodore sedan drove at the man on the motorbike and pinned him to a wall.
They claim he reversed and repeated this action on two more occasions then drove away, not stopping to help.
The victim – a 31-year-old man from Chidlow – suffered serious injuries to his lower limbs.
Emergency services were called to the scene and he was taken to Peel Health Campus, before being sent to Fiona Stanley Hospital for medical treatment.
Soon after, detectives attended a home and arrested the 35-year-old man.
He has been charged with intent to do grievous bodily harm and does grievous bodily harm to another.
He is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today (February 7).
