Mandurah: man charged over Halls Head stabbing

Vanessa SchmittMandurah Coastal Times

It will be alleged the 18-year-old man was walking along Daydream Plaza with a group of people, when rocks and stones were thrown towards a home damaging parked vehicles.

A group of people emerged from the house armed with bottles, and a row broke out between the victim and offender.

During the quarrel, the 19-year-old was stabbed in the abdomen and was cut badly on his face. He was taken to RPH with serious injuries and underwent emergency surgery.

On July 27, police executed a search warrant at a Singleton address and located a large knife – believed to be the weapon used during the fight – hidden in a bin.
