The accused used Facebook, between November 15 and December 24, to make status updates about the victim which she saw.

Police arrested him and the accused took part in an interview.

During the interview he alluded that someone else may have taken control of his account.

Counsel for the accused said the posts were written in relation to the limited access the accused has to his children.

The accused was fined $1000 and ordered to pay costs of $88.50.
