The court heard that the victim was at home watching TV with his 86-year-old wife.

He answered the door and invited the accused inside.

Younger began yelling at the victim: “you f**ked me, now I’m going to f**k you”.

He undressed until he was completely naked and told the victim to get undressed.

Fearful, the victim took his jacket off and began to walk away.

Younger tried to remove the victim’s shirt and ripped it in the process.

He then tried to pull down the victim’s tracksuit pants.

Police were called and they located Younger at his home.

They were not able to conduct an interview with Younger as he was “confused”.

Younger initially pleaded not guilty to aggravated indecent assault and spent two months in prison awaiting a trial date; he later changed his plea.

He was also ordered to pay $79 in costs.
