MANDURAH Mayor Rhys Williams says the new Ocean Road Sports Facility and Sports Lighting at Florida is not just a community facility – but a place where a community will be built.
Mr Williams officially opened the building, which was part funded by the National Rugby League Footy Facilities Fund, yesterday.
It is the first sports and community facility south of the Dawesville Channel and the only active reserve south of the channel suitable for senior sports.
