Mandurah Mayor shares public speaking tips at Halls Head PS

MANDURAH Mayor Rhys Williams shared tips and ideas on public speaking at Halls Head Primary School on Thursday, June 9.

Year 4, 5 and 6 students have been preparing for the Speak Up Awards and Bush Poets Competition, run by the Lions Club of Falcon.

Mr Williams gave a half hour presentation to inspire students about speaking in public.

School corporate services manager Marg Pantall said students were impressed with Mr Williams knowledge and he engaged well with the students.
