MANDURAH MLA David Templeman is at it again.

The entertaining Culture and the Arts Minister belted out his rendition of Monty Python’s The Galaxy Song at the Peel Volunteer of the Year Awards breakfast this morning at the Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club.

His performance followed eight requests from breakfast guests after a video of Mr Templeman singing the song in WA Parliament went viral on Friday.

Mr Templeman launched into the song from The Meaning of Life during his end-of-year speech to Parliament because it “reminds us all that we are very much, all of us, a tiny speck in this amazing universe”.

While Mr Templeman’s song was met with bemusement in Parliament, his Mandurah audience was more receptive.

Mr Templeman mingled with guests while many clapped along.

His finale was met with cheering and applause.
