MANDURAH MLA and WA Arts Minister David Templeman married long-term partner Donna Doust in Queensland on Wednesday.
Mr Templeman said he “married the girl of my dreams today” on his Facebook page. Mrs Templeman Doust told her Facebook friends “today has been a beautiful day.”
The happy couple have known each other for 20 years and were engaged for 11 years. They have four children together.
They married in Noosa with their daughter Mia as a flower girl, son Jack walked the bride down the beach aisle and twins Charlie and Samuel kept the rings safe.
Mrs Templeman Doust said she had always told her mother she would run away and elope.
“Today was that day,” she said.
