A MAN charged with obscene acts near a local primary school failed to appear in court this morning.
Hayden Joel Clarke (22) was due in Mandurah Magistrates Court to face two charges of obscene acts in public.

Parents reported a suspicious man hanging around Greenfields Primary School last Tuesday, February 16 at about 2.30pm. There were reports the man had his pants down.

Police later received a report the man had moved to Bortolo Park. A man was arrested near Waldron Boulevard.
A warrant has been issued for Clarke’s arrest.
